TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations for equipment should be made in advance to insure availability and to give us the ability to have your order ready on time for pick-up or delivery. Cancellations must be made 1 day in advance of your event. All rentals require a major credit card deposit.
Rates. Rental equipment returned after the contract date will incur a late charge. Pricing for more than 1 day is available upon request.
Payment in cash or by credit card. Must be made at time of delivery or customer pick-up. A $50.00 refundable security deposit or credit card is required for equipment that is pick up. Advanced deposits are required for some rentals.
Delivery and Pick Up charges are based on distance and may vary according to the size of the order. Additional charges may apply to set-up and tear down of some equipment, as well as other than ground level delivery. All equipment must be ready for pick-up when our driver arrives. Tables and chairs should be unfolded and under cover.
Linens returned unused will not be credited. Linens should be free of food but not laundered. Soiled items should not be sealed in plastic.
Replacement of Repair charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged by the customer. Please count and check your order when it is received. If you are not able to do so, the contract will be considered accurate and valid.
Equipment Malfunction should be brought to our attention immediately. We will make every effort to correct the situation. You can call our emergency line to speak to any of our managers on call.
Cleaning charges will be assessed on items returned excessively dirty.
